When submitting photos for your corporate portrait please ensure to take it against an all white background and ensure that you are captured from the waist up. It is important to ensure that the quality of the image is good and not blurred, too dark, or to light. Here is a good example of what we are looking for:

HAVING A DRAB DAY?
There are times and places where you cannot use text formating even if you wanted to and these will always exsist. In these instances you will not have it within your power to set the brand text the correct way and we have to accept that they do exsist and let it be. But you should first exhaust all attempts to find a way to apply the correct branding first before accepting this.
An example of this is the article framework on our own website. The publishing tab asks for Author and we set it as "RD4A crew" but the system overrides it to display as "RD4A crew".
CAUGHT IN A SQUEEZE?
If you are attempting to load a logo onto a social media platform and it automatically squeezes the logo as in the last two "incorrect logo usage" examples above. There is apparently nothing you can do about this but there is always something our Graphic Design Team can possibly do to assist, so please do contact RD4A Graphic Design Team to assist with setting an image that displays correctly.

OKdoc FAVICON
due to the fact that browsers have both dark and lite modes depending on phone and PC settings the only colour exeption for the OKdoc logo is it's favicon, where the black is replaced with grey.
